Does the lawyer have a history of disciplinary problems? What do other lawyers say about the lawyer you are considering hiring? Most attorneys can generally tell you who is regarded as being at the top of a particular field. So if you worked with a lawyer for a business deal, a will or other legal matter, ask them about the lawyer your are thinking of hiring or inquire about who they think would be best to hire for your injury case.
